Manual diaphragm valve
Diaphragm valve is widely used in chromatography column and chromatography system. It is different from conventional valve structure and working principle. It is self-supporting structure, does not need external power supply wind, and its work is completed by process medium (compressed air). Its principle uses compressed air to enter diaphragm valve chamber through throttling hole. Under static state, compressed air inlet pressure and diaphragm The air pressure in the valve chamber is equal, and the diaphragm valve is closed under the action of spring force without back blowing. Once the vent is electrified, the gas in the air chamber is vented through the vent, the pressure drops, the diaphragm valve is opened automatically, and the compressed air enters the filter for back blowing. After the vent solenoid valve loses power, the balance in the air chamber is re established and the diaphragm valve is closed.
